Plenty of apartments for rent.
We are delighted to inform you that some of the apartment owners in Magnolia Villas have decided to start renting their new fully-furnished and equipped apartments. MSG from its side has agreed to assist them in the renting process.
Shortly, there will be introduced a new section for rentals on our website, where one will see which apartments are available for rent and when. Renting an apartment at a new luxury complex Magnolia Villas is both an excellent and affordable option for thos who look for child-friendly self-catering holiday accommodation, and an opportunity to experience complex for those who consider purchasing an apartment from MSG.

Only four apartments left for sale!
Initial analysys of the ongoing summer season 2010 allows to conclude that investing in Montenegrin real estate by a wide range of investors from Western and Central Europe remains attractive. In spite of the pessimistic prognoses emerging from the worldwide financial crisis, buyer continue to invest in Montenegrin properties.
Purchasing houses, investors do not only acquire excellent holiday accommodation for them and their families but also secure additional income opportunities from renting their property while they are away. Through the last 1.5 month, two more apartments from the Magnolia Villas complex were sold, which means that there are only four apartments remaining for sale. As was the case with current apartment owners, future buyers of the remaining apaprtments will be offered an opportunity to choose individual interior design for their apartments, as well as they will be offered help with furnishing. MSG will be delighted to organise buyer’s visit to the complex and will assist in their travel arrangements.

From “off-plan” apartments into the “newly built and completed apartments”!
In the beginning of March, the Montenegrin and Norwegian partners, represented by Montenegro Project d.o.o. and Montenegro Scandinavian Group, have collectively carried out the joint-inspection of the luxury complex Magnolia Villas, whereby the complex was fully and officially handed over to Norwegian investors. The meeting has not only marked the completion of the complex, but has also signalised the change in the Magnolia’s status from “off-plan” apartments into the “newly built and completed apartments”.
19 Russian and Norwegian families will spend their summer on the hospitable and sunny seaside of Montenegro in their light luxury apartments, all with the spectacular sea view. Out of 24 apartments, only 5 apartments, with some popular top-floor ones, are still awaiting their buyers.

Elite complex Magnolia Villas is ready for the official handover
Despite all the difficulties, such as adverse weather conditions that interrupted the continuity of the construction process, and the financial crisis, Montenegro Scandinavian Group is pleased to announce that all the works and installations of the complex Magnolia are completed, and the first owners have already conducted the joint with the investors inspection of their apartments. In the nearest days the owners who have not yet conducted the joint inspection will be invited to do so.
Once the joint inspection of the apartments is conducted, and possible defects are removed, one copy of the keys will be handed over to the owner. According to the laws of the Republic of Montenegro, the official handover of the remaining keys can only be made after obtaining the settlement permission from the Municipality of Herceg Novi. The date of the official key handover depends on the official authorities of the Municipality of Herceg Novi. Additional information about this process will be forwarded to all owners as soon as it arrives.

You may choose the interior design already next week.
Now, that the construction of Magnolia is finished, MSG is working at the preparation of the interior design catalogues with various design solutions for your kitchen and bathrooms. The apartment owners will be offered to choose kitchen furniture, floor ceramics for the kitchen, as well as colour and design of the kitchen. Already next week, the catalogues will be sent to the apartment owners, where they within the 14 days period will be offered to choose the most preferred variant. As soon as your decision is made and received by MSG, the internal works with the interior design will be started. To make sure that your wishes and requirements are met, our representatives in Moscow will be able to meet you in order to discuss all the details.
We remind you that our company will be happy to consider any of your suggestions and wishes in case you would like to have different designs and colours from the ones presented in the catalogue, in which case there will be prepared an additional contract with all the details concerning the delivery of your order.

Facade works and internal finishing of the apartments are now begun
Considerable time has been spent on finding and choosing of the right high-quality materials for the external finishig of the common areas around the complex. 40 specialists, at the moment working at the object, have started window and door installations. A visible facade area is already performed in white stone, and the swimming pools are being built. Once finished, the innside areas of the pools will be coveres with mosaic, while the area around the pools will be covered with the anti-spippery tiles.

“Magnolia Villas” Presenting Its Luxury Apartments in Moscow
At the presentation, which took place 18th March at the Marriott Tverskaya Hotel, Moscow, the real estate company, Montenegro Scandinavian Group AS, presented its new Montenegrin project – the luxury complex “Magnolia Villas”. The presentation was organised with the assistance of the Russian estate agency “New Quality”.
In the first part of the presentation the market experts from New Quality presented the guests with a brief overview of holidaying real estate market.
Andrey Ufimcev, the sales director of New Quality, made a particular stress on the attractiveness of high-quality estate in Montenegro compared to such countries as Italy, where the prices comprised 5000-10000 euro for sq.m., and Bulgaria with the approximate prices of 900-2500 euro for sq.m.
Elena Nekritova, the director of the holidaying estate at New Quality, demonstrated the preferences of Russian customers in terms of the location choice: the most popular area of Montenegro was Boka Kotor, where the demand exceeded the actual offer.
In the second part of the presentation, Anastasia Mariussen, the marketing manager of Montenegro Scandinavian Group As (the project-developer) has provided the guests with the description of the complex Magnolia Villas and its main competitive advantages. One of the pluses of the project is that it is approaching the final phase in the building and construction process, something that secures the completion of the project within the set dates. Beside this, MSG provides an opportunity to choose the internal design and furniture (kitchens and bathrooms). The price of the parking place is included in the price of the apartment. And the price for sq.m of the apartment is about 2500 euro.
The complex consists of 4 villas with 24 apartments with an area of 92-104 sq.m.
Additionally the customers were introduced to the buying process and after sales services. As a special guest there was invited the ambassador of Montenegro in Russia – Miodrag Kolevic.
